Booking and Confirmation
  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent via email or other communication channels provided by the customer.
  • Full payment or a deposit (as specified) must be made at the time of booking.
  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour starts.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made within 24 hours before the tour starts.
  • No refund for cancellations made within the day of the tour or in case of a no show.
  • In the event of bad weather, the tour may be rescheduled.
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Any significant changes will be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information during the booking process.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
  • Customers must comply with local laws, customs, and safety instructions provided by the tour guide.
  • Customers must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking. Certain activities may have fitness or age restrictions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., accidents, delays, or natural disasters).
  • Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover potential risks during the tour.

Reservations for the Ubud Private Tour are available either with instant confirmation or upon request, depending on the applicable terms and availability. All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Once your booking has been successfully processed, you will receive a voucher and payment receipt by email as confirmation of your reservation. Please check both your inbox and spam folder. If the email is found in your spam folder, kindly mark it as “Not Spam” so future emails can be delivered properly. If you do not receive your voucher, please contact our team for assistance. Guests are required to show the voucher either in printed form or as a digital e-voucher on their device upon arrival before joining the Ubud Private Tour. All payments made by credit card, including Visa and Mastercard, or debit card are securely processed through a Payment Gateway protected by internationally certified security protocols.
